Our mission regarding supplier diversity is to make a concerted effort to ensure the inclusion of diverse suppliers, as defined below, whenever we procure goods and services. We actively seek diverse suppliers that offer quality goods and services at appropriate/competitive prices and continually take proactive steps to provide these companies with equal opportunities to do business with ChoicePoint.
To ensure that diverse suppliers have an equal opportunity to participate in ChoicePoint’s purchasing activities, we:
- Have established a focused supplier diversity program;
- Track our company’s spending with diverse suppliers; and
- Participate in outreach activities designed to reach diverse suppliers.
Diversity at ChoicePoint is not simply a program or initiative. It is a philosophy of mutual respect that is communicated throughout the organization, influencing how we manage our supply chain, engage our business partners and serve our customers.
How Can I Get Started?
Seize the opportunity to do business with ChoicePoint by completing the enclosed profile form and returning it to our purchasing department via e-mail or fax, along with copies of your company’s certification as a diverse supplier, and company brochures or other marketing materials.
After your completed application is received, your company information will be entered into our national database and, if an opportunity exists, we will contact your company to arrange for follow-up communications.
